Opening in 2024, The Jake will be a 136-unit mid-rise apartment community located at the corner of Lincoln Street and Elwood Avenue. Current ownership has engaged Arbor North Architecture Firm to design the eight-story, multifamily community with an ideal mix of 50 studios, 59 one-bedrooms and 20 two-bedroom units, plus seven four-bedroom townhomes averaging 693 square feet.

The Jake apartments will feature quarts countertops, high ceilings, in-unit washers and dryers, plank flooring, solid wood cabinets and modern hardware, custom lighting and stainless steel appliances. Community amenities include a fitness center, beautiful lobby, storage, three levels of parking and more.
