The Jake is a 136-unit mid-rise apartment community located at the corner of Lincoln Street and Elwood Avenue. It was designed by the Arbor North Architecture Firm to be a multifamily community with an ideal mix of 50 studios, 59 one-bedrooms and 20 two-bedroom units, plus seven four-bedroom townhomes averaging 1500 square feet.

The Jake apartments feature quarts countertops, high ceilings, in-unit washers and dryers, plank flooring, solid wood cabinets and modern hardware, custom lighting and stainless-steel appliances. Community amenities include a fitness center, beautiful lobby, storage, three levels of parking and more.
